WEST CHESTER, PA — The Chester County Health Department reported multiple food safety violations during a follow-up inspection on April 21, 2026, at Fox’s Pizza Den in Kennett Square.

Inspectors cited the facility at 345 Scarlett Road for issues including a lack of gloves, missing soap and paper towels at a handwashing sink, and failure to date-mark refrigerated and opened food items.

According to inspection notes, all undated food items were discarded, and staff were instructed to ensure proper labeling going forward.

Additional violations included unclean drying mats for dishes and the need to clean surfaces near the hand sink and window areas, inspectors said.
