KENNETT SQUARE, PA — Ganly Vision Care has joined Simon Eye Associates, expanding the Kennett Square practice’s access to specialty services while giving Simon Eye a larger footprint in Chester County as it builds an integrated eye care network across the Mid-Atlantic.
Ganly Vision Care’s three-provider practice will continue operating with Dr. Ken Ganly, its other providers and existing staff remaining in place. Patients will continue receiving care from the current team while gaining access to Simon Eye’s broader network of providers, locations and services.
The partnership advances Simon Eye’s strategy of combining organic growth with affiliations involving established optometry practices. Simon Eye and the Center for Advanced Eye Care are developing a network spanning comprehensive optometric care, specialty ophthalmology and other advanced eye care services.
“This partnership will give our patients greater access to resources and services while maintaining the personal care they’ve come to expect,” Ganly stated.
For Simon Eye, the transaction adds an established Kennett Square practice to its regional operations and extends its presence in Chester County.
Simon Eye Chief Executive Officer Edward DiMartino stated that the partnership allows the organization to expand locally while maintaining the existing Ganly Vision Care patient relationship and care model.
