EXTON, PA — Energage has announced a new collaboration with Bucketlist, a leading platform for employee rewards and recognition, to establish the inaugural Top Workplaces for Frontline Workers award. This national honor will recognize companies that excel in supporting and empowering frontline employees, who play critical roles in daily operations and customer interactions.
“As the talent landscape shifts, frontline employees continue to shoulder the weight of daily operations — often in physically demanding, customer-facing roles,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “This award gives voice to these essential employees and recognizes companies that are getting it right — investing in their people, leading with purpose, and building cultures where every role is respected and supported.”
The award aims to elevate organizations that create workplace cultures prioritizing the needs and contributions of frontline staff. Winners will be determined through employee feedback gathered via the Energage Workplace Survey, a tool refined over 19 years of culture research. The survey ensures confidential, research-backed insights into workplace experiences.
To qualify, employers must have a minimum of 50 employees, with at least 35 or 10% of the team being frontline workers. Nominations are open until August 8, 2025, and the winning organizations will be announced in early 2026. Participation, nomination, and the survey process are entirely free.
Industries with significant frontline representation, such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Construction, and Retail, are encouraged to participate.
“At Bucketlist, we believe recognition should be more than a moment — it should be a movement,” said Patricio Vascones, Head of Strategic Partnerships at Bucketlist. “Frontline workers are the unsung heroes of our economy, showing up every day to power the industries we rely on most. Yet, their contributions are often overlooked on a national stage. This award changes that. We’re proud to partner with Energage and Top Workplaces to spotlight organizations that don’t just talk about culture — they build it, especially where it matters most.”
