Drivers should plan extra time and expect delays, particularly during midday travel hours when flagging operations may slow traffic in both directions.

No detour has been announced. Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes where possible to avoid backups along this stretch of Conestoga Road.

The work is part of a broader, federally funded initiative to reduce lane departure-related crashes across the region.

All activities are weather dependent and may be rescheduled if necessary.
