VALLEY FORGE, PA — UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per share as the energy distributor continues investing across its U.S. and European utility and midstream operations.
The dividend will be paid July 1, 2026, to shareholders of record as of June 15, 2026, the company announced.
UGI operates natural gas transmission and distribution systems, electric generation assets, propane distribution networks and midstream energy infrastructure through subsidiaries serving customers in the United States and Europe.
The company also has operations tied to renewable natural gas generation, energy marketing and related energy services.
