MALVERN, PA — Ocugen (NASDAQ: OCGN) will present updates on its modifier gene therapy platform and clinical data from its retinal disease programs at a series of investor and industry conferences in July as the biotechnology company seeks to advance its pipeline of treatments for blindness-related disorders.
The company said Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Shankar Musunuri will participate in a fireside chat during Piper Sandler’s Virtual Ophthalmology Day on July 10 and will join a panel discussion on regenerative approaches in retinal disease at the Ophthalmology Innovation Source Retina Innovation Summit in Montreal on July 14.
Ocugen also plans to present new data from its OCU410 program at the annual meeting of the American Society of Retina Specialists in Montreal on July 17.
The presentations will include one-year Phase 2 results from the OCU410 ArMaDa study and additional findings from a Phase 1/2 analysis evaluating quantitative imaging and safety outcomes for the therapy.
The OCU410 program is one of several gene therapy candidates being developed by Ocugen using its modifier gene therapy platform, which is designed to target underlying biological pathways involved in retinal diseases.
A webcast of the Piper Sandler fireside chat will be available on the investor relations section of Ocugen’s website, with a replay accessible for 30 days following the event.
