Meridian Bank Director George Collier Retires After 21 Years

MALVERN, PA — Meridian Bank announced the retirement of board member George Collier after 21 years of service, including his role as a founding director.

Collier joined the board in 2004 as an initial investor and contributed to the bank’s development and expansion.

He also serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Streamlight Inc., a manufacturer of lighting equipment for professional and industrial use.

Chris Annas, president and chief executive officer of Meridian Bank, said Collier played a key role in the institution’s growth.

“As a founding director, he helped establish the strong foundation that continues to guide us,” Annas said.
