RADNOR, PA — Private credit investor NewSpring Mezzanine has provided financing to support a strategic investment in jewelry brand Jane Win by Digital Fuel Capital and Timex Group, a transaction aimed at accelerating the brand’s expansion in the growing semi-fine jewelry market.
The investment includes subordinated debt and common equity from NewSpring Mezzanine, according to the company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The deal brings together Jane Win, a direct-to-consumer jewelry brand founded by entrepreneur Jane Winchester Paradis, with Timex Group, the global watchmaker and accessories company, and consumer-focused investment firm Digital Fuel Capital.
The transaction reflects continued investor interest in affordable luxury and lifestyle brands that have developed loyal customer bases and recurring sales models despite broader consumer spending pressures.
Founded in Pennsylvania, Jane Win specializes in coin-inspired jewelry and pendant collections marketed around personal milestones, gifting occasions and self-expression. The company operates within the semi-fine jewelry category, a segment that has experienced rapid growth as consumers seek products positioned between costume jewelry and traditional fine jewelry.
Under the partnership, Timex Group is expected to provide support in product development, sourcing and distribution as Jane Win seeks to expand its market presence.
“Jane Win stood out to us because of its strong connections with customers and the heartfelt, memorable experiences it provides them,” NewSpring General Partner Steve Hobman said. He added that the resources and consumer brand expertise of Timex Group and Digital Fuel Capital position the company for further expansion.
The investment represents another example of private capital flowing into niche consumer brands with established identities and opportunities for operational scaling.
“We are proud of what we have built at Jane Win,” founder Jane Winchester Paradis said. “With the right partners now in place, we are excited for this next chapter and the opportunity to reach more customers with an elevated Jane Win experience.”
NewSpring, based in Radnor, manages a family of private equity and private credit investment strategies. Its mezzanine platform focuses on providing flexible capital to growth-oriented middle-market companies.
