EXTON, PA — AmerCareRoyal LLC (ACR), a portfolio company of Oridian Capital Partners, has acquired the assets of RediBagUSA, expanding its sustainable packaging business and marking the company’s 11th acquisition under Oridian’s ownership.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition adds RediBagUSA’s portfolio of reusable retail bags, paper products and sustainable packaging to ACR’s foodservice and operational supplies business. The company stated the deal broadens its product offerings across grocery, restaurant, deli, medical and industrial markets while strengthening its sourcing capabilities and distribution network.
Founded in 1957, RediBagUSA manufactures and supplies paper, reusable, recyclable and compostable food safety bags, along with gloves, trash can liners and related products. The company also brings patented products, customization capabilities and an established supplier network to ACR.
“This acquisition represents another important milestone in ACR’s growth journey,” Chief Executive Officer Scott Milberg said. “By bringing RediBagUSA into our organization, we are expanding our product breadth and strengthening our ability to meet evolving customer needs.”
Doug McCormick, managing partner at Oridian Capital Partners, described the transaction as the firm’s 11th add-on acquisition since acquiring ACR, adding that the investment strategy remains focused on expanding the company’s scale through complementary businesses.
The acquisition continues ACR’s strategy of using acquisitions to expand its product portfolio and reach within the foodservice supplies and packaging markets.
