EXTON, PA — AmerCareRoyal, LLC (ACR) has announced its acquisition of Mat-Pac, Inc., a prominent supplier in the North American foodservice and janitorial/sanitation sectors. This strategic move aims to broaden ACR’s product offerings and strengthen its market presence, further enhancing its service capabilities to customers.
Mat-Pac, founded in 1988, is renowned for its expertise in paper, plastic, aluminum, and sustainable packaging solutions. The company has a solid track record in global sourcing and private labeling, serving the foodservice and JanSan markets with trusted brands like Captiva, Sanibel, and Dine-Out.
