EXTON, PA — Red Rover will host a virtual forum in November focused on human resources, payroll and finance operations in K-12 school districts, creating what the company says is a dedicated event for professionals responsible for workforce management in public education.
The K-12 HR & Payroll Leadership Forum is scheduled for Nov. 17 and will be held online at no cost to participants, the company announced.
The event will feature panel discussions and breakout sessions for school district human resources, payroll, finance and business officials focused on workforce planning, payroll modernization, leave management and cross-department coordination.
According to the company, sessions will examine strategies for integrating HR and payroll operations, improving payroll accuracy and compliance, managing leave requirements, strengthening workforce planning and increasing collaboration among HR, payroll and finance departments.
Early sessions will include discussions on the return on investment of integrated HR and payroll systems, workforce data analysis, and the operational challenges of leave administration in K-12 school systems.
The forum will be led by Red Rover Co-Director of HR Jennifer Duvall and Co-Director of Payroll Rob Tibbs. The company said the event was founded by Jim O’Halloran to provide a dedicated gathering for K-12 HR and payroll professionals.
Additional details, including the agenda, speakers and session schedule, will be released before the event.
