BERWYN, PA — Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS will consolidate two Main Line sales offices and several corporate departments into a new 53,000-square-foot Berwyn headquarters in early 2027, concentrating operations that are now spread across multiple locations.
The real estate brokerage will move to 1436 Lancaster Ave., about two miles west of the headquarters building it has occupied for the past 40 years.
The new headquarters will combine the Wayne-Devon and Malvern-Paoli sales offices with Fox & Roach’s executive operations and its Trident Land, marketing, information technology and accounting departments.
The consolidation represents a significant restructuring of the company’s Main Line office footprint while keeping its headquarters along the Lancaster Avenue corridor.
The company described the move as an investment in its existing markets rather than a geographic shift in operations.
“This investment reflects Fox & Roach’s confidence in the future of the company and our continued commitment to the markets and communities we have proudly served for generations,” Chief Executive Officer Larry Flick V said.
The more than 53,000-square-foot headquarters will include private offices, conference rooms, coworking areas and education and training space, as well as areas for agent collaboration and client meetings.
Fox & Roach said the space was designed around changes in how its agents work and interact with clients.
Regional President Wendy Civitella said the headquarters was designed to improve the working environment for agents and give them “a distinct advantage in the marketplace.”
The company expects to transition its operations to the Berwyn headquarters in early 2027.
