WEST CHESTER, PA — Verrica Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: VRCA) will report second-quarter 2026 financial results on Aug. 6 and provide investors with a corporate update as the dermatology company continues commercializing its approved molluscum contagiosum treatment and advancing additional skin-disease programs.

Verrica is advancing VP-315, also known as ruxotemitide, under a worldwide licensing agreement with Lytix Biopharma AS for non-melanoma skin cancers, including basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma.
