WEST CHESTER, PA — Supreme Group has announced the appointment of Ramon Felciano, Ph.D., to its board of directors as an independent board member. Dr. Felciano is the founder and CEO of Digital Alchemy, a consultancy specializing in AI, digital transformation, and data innovation. Previously, he founded Ingenuity, a leader in AI-driven genome interpretation and precision medicine, which was later acquired by QIAGEN. While at QIAGEN, he scaled its AI and data science business unit, QIAGEN Digital Insights, to nearly $100 million in revenue, solidifying its leadership in digital life science solutions.
“Dr. Felciano brings a rare blend of scientific depth, software fluency, and strategic vision,” said Tom Donnelly, CEO of Supreme Group. “His guidance will enable us to accelerate the development and application of Supreme Intelligence, allowing us to deliver smarter, faster, and more impactful results for our clients and agencies.”
Supreme Group’s AI platform, Supreme Intelligence, is central to the company’s strategy of integrating intelligence-driven innovation within healthcare and life sciences. Rather than treating AI as a standalone tool, the company aims to embed AI into its operational framework to enhance client value and measurable outcomes.
“We’re at a pivotal moment where responsible AI application can be a strong differentiator for agencies supporting healthcare clients,” said Dr. Felciano. “I’m excited to help Supreme Group continue its innovation, empowering life sciences companies to connect more effectively with researchers and clinicians worldwide.”
