PARKESBURG, PA — Parkesburg Borough police are investigating a reported vehicle theft and asking residents along Strasburg Avenue and Main Street to review home surveillance footage.
According to police, investigators are seeking video recorded between 2 and 4:15 a.m. Aug. 21, 2026, particularly footage showing a red SUV. The vehicle’s make and model are unknown, and police believe it may have been used by the person or people allegedly involved.
Residents in the 400, 500 and 600 blocks of Strasburg Avenue and the 100, 200 and 300 blocks of Main Street are asked to check their cameras for potentially relevant activity.

All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
