MALVERN, PA — Loch Aerie Mansion, a longtime Chester County wedding and events venue, has transitioned ownership to Loch Aerie Partners, a group led by caterer and hospitality operator John Serock, according to a company announcement.

The ownership transfer moves control of the historic estate from Dana and Steven Poirer, who oversaw the property for years as it became a prominent regional destination for weddings, private events and corporate gatherings.

Loch Aerie Partners stated the venue will continue operating without interruption and that all scheduled weddings, events and client commitments will proceed as planned.

Serock, whose catering company has served as the venue’s exclusive caterer for many events hosted at the property, indicated the new ownership group plans to expand hospitality offerings and invest in property improvements while maintaining the estate’s historic character.

“Our vision is to preserve everything people already love about Loch Aerie while enhancing the experience even further,” Serock stated, citing planned improvements tied to hospitality, food service and the estate itself.

Dana and Steven Poirer described the transition as the continuation of the property’s legacy after years of hosting weddings and celebrations at the mansion.

Nestled in Chester County, Loch Aerie Mansion has built a reputation as a full-service venue known for its architecture, landscaped grounds and ballroom event space.
