WAYNE, PA — Burtons Grill & Bar is set to open its doors in Wayne, Pennsylvania, this June. Located at 312 W. Lancaster Avenue, this will be the restaurant group’s first venture into the Keystone State.
“We had our eye on expansion into the Philadelphia area and felt that Wayne was the perfect place to launch,” said John Haggai, chief executive officer of Burtons Grill & Bar. “We love its neighborhood feel and the strong sense of community.”
Spanning 5,167 square feet, the restaurant will offer 152 indoor seats in a contemporary space adorned with a large Audubon mural and lush greenery. A 24-seat bar anchors the interior, while sliding doors connect to a 24-seat outdoor patio featuring a canopy, lighting, and fans for alfresco dining.
The menu promises variety, with dishes ranging from Crab-Crusted Haddock to the signature Maxx Burger and fresh Lobster Rolls. Prices for appetizers start at $14.50, while entrees range from $17.50 to $48. Desserts are available for $10.50 to $12, and a well-curated beverage program includes specialty cocktails like the Blueberry Hibiscus and Paloma Rosa, alongside craft beers and mocktails.
Burtons Grill & Bar is widely recognized for accommodating dietary needs, including an extensive gluten-free menu. The restaurant’s allergy protocols and training allow dishes to be customized for guests with food allergies or celiac disease. Their commitment extends to children, with the {B}Choosy Kids Menu offering young diners a mix-and-match meal option starting at $8.95.
