WEST CHESTER, PA — ALIVE is expanding into artificial intelligence-powered marketing services for small and midsize motorsport businesses, offering packages starting at $350 per month as it seeks to extend its Track Rabbit event-management platform into customer acquisition and business automation.

The West Chester company is making services developed by its parent, Trellist Marketing and Technology, available to ALIVE clients for the first time, targeting automotive enthusiast organizations and motorsport operators seeking to increase participation and reduce administrative workloads.

The expansion combines marketing services with Track Rabbit, ALIVE’s existing platform for event registration, membership management and customer communications.

Small-business packages begin at $350 monthly and are designed to generate customer traffic, improve marketing efficiency and convert prospective participants into paying customers. ALIVE is also offering services through Trellist Pro for midsize organizations seeking to automate operations and redesign business processes.

The move extends Trellist’s technology and marketing capabilities into a specialized market of event organizers, clubs and other automotive businesses. Trellist has provided marketing and technology services to large corporate clients for approximately 30 years.

Track Rabbit currently lists thousands of events and provides participating organizations with registration, membership and marketing tools.

ALIVE claims the platform costs as much as 60% less than competing systems, although the company did not identify the products or pricing arrangements used for that comparison.

The company is also incorporating AI into Track Rabbit’s participant acquisition and marketing functions, with the aim of attracting new users and directing them toward events offered by organizations using the platform.

That approach would give ALIVE a broader role in its customers’ operations, extending beyond transaction processing to participant recruitment and retention.

“Small organizations shouldn’t have to choose between running their events and growing their business,” said David Atadan, founder of Trellist and co-founder of Track Rabbit and ALIVE. “With Track Rabbit and ALIVE’s marketing services, they can do both, and bring new participants to their events instead of watching them go elsewhere.”

The expanded offerings position ALIVE to compete for a larger share of the technology and marketing spending of motorsport businesses, combining recurring marketing subscriptions with its existing event-management services.

The company has not disclosed customer adoption figures or revenue projections for the new services.
