LANCASTER, PA — Hundreds of thousands of dazzling lights are currently being strung throughout Dutch Wonderland, which can only mean one thing: Dutch Winter Wonderland is just around the corner! Lancaster’s best holiday event begins November 19 and is sure to put families throughout Central Pennsylvania in the spirit of the season.

New this winter, the Royal Light Show moves to a central location in the meadow between the Monorail station, Merlin’s Marketplace, and Dragon’s Fire BBQ. Guests can now view the show from all angles and walk directly through the action as more than 30,000 lights dance in sync with seasonal music. Walkin’ through Dutch Winter Wonderland includes more than magical light displays: enjoy more than 20 festive rides, sweet seasonal treats, visits with Santa Claus, and more.

“The refresh to Dutch Winter Wonderland’s Royal Light Show will immerse guests in the holiday spirit more than ever before,” said James Paulding, General Manager. “Being recognized as one of 2021’s Best Theme Park Holiday Events has inspired us to make Dutch Winter Wonderland even better this year.”

Coming fresh off last year’s top 10 win, USA Today also announced on Monday that Dutch Winter Wonderland is again nominated as a 10 Best Theme Park Holiday Event. Voting is open today through December 5 on the 10Best website.

Dutch Wonderland’s annual partnership with Lancaster’s chapter of the Marine Corp Toys for Tots program returns to kick off the season of thankfulness and giving with a community focus. On Opening Day, Saturday, November 19, any child who brings a new, unwrapped toy donation for Toys for Tots will receive one complimentary admission ticket valid any day of Dutch Winter Wonderland. The World’s Best Family Park will also hold its second annual kid-focused New Year’s Eve party on the afternoon of December 31 – more details to be shared soon.

For a limited time, save big on admission tickets with the Dutch Winter Wonderland presale. Tickets are just $19.99, a savings of $25 off the gate price of $44.99, today through November 16 only.

Dutch Winter Wonderland operates on select days from November 19 through January 1. For more information on Dutch Winter Wonderland and to purchase tickets, visit DutchWonderland.com.
