WEST CHESTER, PA — The West Chester Area School District has announced key leadership changes at Rustin High School, with the appointment of Dr. Maggie Hunt as Principal and Dr. Tricia Crouse-Pardini as Assistant Principal. Approved during the School Board Meeting on April 28, the appointments reflect the district’s commitment to fostering excellence and inclusivity.
Dr. Maggie Hunt, currently an Assistant Principal at Unionville High School, brings nearly 20 years of educational experience. She has excelled in advancing student growth, implementing effective instructional strategies, and building a strong school culture. With a Doctorate from Immaculata University, a Master’s in Education from Abilene Christian University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Hardin-Simmons University, Dr. Hunt’s academic credentials underscore her dedication to creating meaningful learning environments.
“It is an honor to serve as the next principal of Rustin High School,” said Dr. Hunt. “I look forward to working alongside students, families, and staff to build on the school’s strong tradition of excellence while ensuring every student feels seen, supported, and empowered.”
Joining her is Dr. Tricia Crouse-Pardini, who most recently served as an Assistant Principal at Penn Wood High School. Known for her student-centered approach, Dr. Crouse-Pardini has vast experience in professional development, school safety, and student support services. She earned her Doctorate and Master’s degrees in Education from Cabrini University and her Bachelor’s from Temple University.
