Odessa Taps Mathew Abraham as CEO to Lead Expansion

Odessa

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Odessa recently named former Chief Operating Officer Mathew Abraham chief executive officer, bringing back an executive with experience inside the asset and auto finance software company as it expands into new markets, geographies and products.

Abraham succeeds Joe Juliano and returns to Odessa after serving as its chief operating officer from 2019 to 2022. In that role, he led the company’s global delivery organization across implementation and customer success.

The leadership change follows a period of increased deployment activity. Odessa completed more than 20 implementations across North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region during the past 18 months while investing in automation, artificial intelligence-based digital experiences and platform modernization.

Abraham most recently led and scaled a global business at Veeco. His earlier career included senior leadership positions at ASML, Applied Materials and Intel. He holds a doctorate from Harvard University.

“Odessa has built substantial momentum, and the Board is confident in Mathew’s ability to build on that foundation, broaden our opportunities, and advance our long-term vision,” Executive Chairman Madhu Natarajan said.

Abraham will oversee Odessa’s expansion into additional markets, geographies and product areas while continuing the company’s technology investments.

“The asset and auto finance industries are entering a new era, shaped by automation, AI and increasingly sophisticated digital experiences,” Abraham said. “Odessa is particularly well positioned to help our clients lead this transformation.”
