WEST CHESTER, PA — AgConnect has unveiled an exciting new initiative to bring the community closer to its agricultural roots with the Chester County Farmers Market Trail. Running through December 31, 2025, the program highlights ten local farmers’ markets across the county, encouraging residents and visitors to explore each one while supporting local farmers and artisans.

Participants can pick up or download a trail map and collect a stamp at each of the ten markets. Once the card is fully stamped, it can be submitted for a special Ag Swag Bag containing gifts and information about fresh, locally produced goods available in Chester County.

“We value all farmers and the organizations that support agriculture throughout Chester County,” stated Jordan Peek of AgConnect. “The breadth of product diversity in this county never ceases to amaze me. With a tremendous selection of local farm products, from meats, eggs, fresh produce and cheeses, to honey, flowers, wines, ciders and more.”

The Farmers Market Trail celebrates sustainability and community while showcasing the county’s vast array of local offerings. Peek added, “The Farmers Market Trail is a celebration of community, sustainability, and fresh local food. It’s a wonderful way for families and individuals to engage with our farmers and artisans while enjoying the beauty and diversity of Chester County. When we buy from local farm businesses, we help ensure that Chester County farms are here to stay.”
