LANCASTER, PA — E-Impact Marketing has been named to both the Financial Times’ 2026 Americas’ Fastest Growing Companies list and the Inc. Regionals: Northeast ranking, the company announced Wednesday, citing sustained revenue growth and regional expansion.

The Lancaster-based digital marketing agency said the recognition reflects its performance over recent years, as well as growth among several of its clients.

According to the company, the Financial Times list evaluates independent companies based on three-year revenue growth across the Americas.

E-Impact said four of its clients — Zook Cabins, Upper Dauphin Vinyl Products, New Holland Supply, and Troyer Post Buildings — were also included on the Financial Times list.

The company was ranked No. 88 on the Inc. Regionals: Northeast list, which measures growth among private companies across multiple U.S. regions.

E-Impact said two clients, Zook Cabins and Upper Dauphin Vinyl Products, were also ranked on the Inc. list at No. 62 and No. 102, respectively.

The agency provides services including paid media, search engine optimization, and web development, primarily for small and midsize businesses in industries such as construction and outdoor living.

E-Impact said it was also named a Google Premier Partner in 2025 and recently completed an ownership transition from founder Chris Stoltzfus to co-owners James Charles, Joel Steele, and Eric Wenger.

Joel Steele, co-owner and chief people officer, said the company views its growth as an opportunity to expand capabilities.

“Growth gives us the ability to try new things, take more educated risks, and create new best practices,” Steele said.

James Charles, co-owner and chief operating officer, said demand for marketing strategy and execution continues to drive the company’s expansion.

“The specific strategies we use keep evolving, but the fundamental service remains the same,” Charles said.

The company said it plans to continue expanding its services for small and midsize businesses.
