KENNETT SQUARE, PA — Police have charged a 56-year-old Chadds Ford man after an alleged incident of indecent exposure during a massage session earlier this month.
According to the Kennett Square Police Department, officers were dispatched on September 3, 2025, at 6:34 p.m. to a business in the 500 block of West State Street for a report of lewd conduct. Following an investigation, police identified the individual as Sean Kaplan.
Kaplan was arrested on September 14 and charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct. The case has been filed in District Court 15-3-04, and a preliminary hearing is pending.
Authorities emphasized that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
