Comcast Launches World Soccer Ticket, First All-in-One Soccer Viewing Package for Xfinity Customers

PHILADELPHIA, PAComcast has introduced World Soccer Ticket, a new subscription package for Xfinity customers that consolidates live coverage of the world’s top soccer leagues and tournaments into a single service. Billed as the first video package of its kind, the offering is designed to simplify access to more than 1,500 matches annually, including the Premier League, UEFA Champions League, LALIGA, Major League Soccer, Liga MX, and the FIFA World Cup.

For $85 per month, subscribers receive nearly 60 broadcast and sports channels, English- and Spanish-language coverage, and a Peacock Premium subscription. The package also provides access to other sports such as the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, and NCAA football and basketball.

Centralized Soccer Experience

World Soccer Ticket brings together live TV, streaming, and interactive features under one platform. Subscribers can access a personalized soccer hub, watch multiple matches at once with Xfinity Multiview, stream select games in 4K, and use the Sports Zone app for live stats, scores, and betting odds. Navigation is integrated with Xfinity’s bilingual voice remote, allowing customers to launch the service by saying “World Soccer Ticket” or “fútbol.”

“Figuring out where to watch your favorite team or match is often a painful game of chance,” said Jon Gieselman, Comcast’s Chief Growth Officer for Connectivity & Platforms. “We did the work for our customers and pulled together the most coveted leagues and tournaments – from Premier League, LALIGA, and Champions League to the World Cup – and put them in one place.”

Coverage Highlights

The package includes:

  • Premier League coverage with nearly 200 additional matches on Peacock in both English and Spanish.
  • UEFA Champions League, LALIGA, Liga MX, CONCACAF Champions Cup, and NWSL across networks including FOX, NBC, Telemundo, Univision, ESPN, and TUDN.
  • MLS matches with integrated access to MLS 360 and Sunday Night Soccer without a separate MLS Season Pass subscription.
  • Every match of the 2026 FIFA World Cup in English on FOX and in Spanish through Telemundo, Universo, and Peacock.

Beyond soccer, customers gain access to more than 100 streaming channels, such as NBC Sports Now, FOX Sports, and Real Madrid TV, with the option to expand coverage through Xfinity’s StreamStore by adding services like Paramount+ and ESPN+.

Flexibility Across Devices

World Soccer Ticket is available on Xfinity X1 and the Xfinity Stream app, which supports Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, Xumo devices, and iOS platforms, enabling both in-home and on-the-go access.

Comcast positioned the launch within the broader context of shifting media consumption, noting that live sports account for more than 70% of internet traffic. By bundling content and optimizing streaming capabilities with multi-gig speeds and low latency, the company is aiming to secure an edge in the highly competitive sports streaming market while delivering a tailored product for the growing soccer fan base in the United States.
