PARKESBURG, PA — Authorities in Parkesburg have issued a criminal arrest warrant for a 39-year-old man accused of orchestrating a fraudulent scheme involving identity theft and other offenses. According to the Parkesburg Borough Police Department, the investigation began on February 12, 2025, and culminated in the issuance of formal charges on July 15.
Bradford Eric Cox, whose last known address was on the 400 block of West Third Avenue, faces multiple felony charges stemming from what police allege was a sophisticated fraud operation. Specifics about the nature and scale of the alleged offenses have not yet been made public.
Cox is described as a white male, 6 feet 4 inches tall, weighing approximately 220 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Authorities are actively seeking his whereabouts and are requesting assistance from the public.
