HONEY BROOK TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced the upcoming closure of White School Road in Honey Brook Township, Chester County, to accommodate necessary pipe replacement work. The closure will begin on Tuesday, May 27, and remain in effect through Friday, June 6, during weekdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
The affected section of White School Road spans from Maple Street to Homestead Road. To accommodate the closure, a temporary detour will direct motorists to use Pleasant View Road, Buchanon Road, and Homestead Road. Access for local residents will be maintained throughout the project.
Motorists traveling in the area are advised to plan for additional travel time, as delays and backups are anticipated during the construction period.
