Market Street Ramp Closure for Sewer Improvements Announced

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced that the Market Street Ramp to Interstate 95 South in Philadelphia will be closed to traffic for sewer improvement work beginning Monday, March 24. The project, led by the Philadelphia Water Department, is expected to last until Sunday, April 6.

During this period, the ramp will be closed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Drivers heading to I-95 South will be detoured via southbound Columbus Boulevard and the Morris Street Ramp.
