MALVERN, PA — Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) has announced that its Board of Directors approved a dividend of $0.10 per share for both common stock and Class B common stock.
The dividend is scheduled for payment on March 27, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 13, 2025.
The company noted that future dividends will remain subject to approval by the Board.
