Bridge Repairs to Cause Overnight Lane Closures on I-295 in Bucks County

MIDDLETOWN TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced overnight lane closures on I-295 next week as crews conduct critical bridge repairs in Middletown Township, Bucks County.

From Monday, February 3, through Thursday, February 6, a single eastbound lane will close nightly from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM approaching U.S. 1. Similarly, westbound lane closures will occur from Wednesday, February 5, through Friday, February 7, during the same hours.

Motorists are advised to allocate extra time for travel during these periods due to expected backups and delays. All repair schedules are subject to weather conditions.
