Rainbow Connections was founded from lived experience and a deep understanding of how life-saving affirming care can be. After building a successful international business career, founder Adelaide Day began her medical transition and experienced, for the first time, the joy of living authentically. That transformation revealed both the urgency and the responsibility she feels toward transgender youth navigating a hostile world. Rainbow Connections exists to pair storytelling with structural support, elevating trans voices while directly funding organizations that provide essential services to LGBTQ+ youth.
