Pipe Replacement to Close Route 52 in East Bradford, Expect Delays

EAST BRADFORD TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that Route 52 (Lenape Road) will undergo pipe replacement next week in East Bradford Township, Chester County.

The closure will occur on Monday, June 17, and Tuesday, June 18, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Route 52 will be closed between Edgemill Way and Birmingham Road. During this period, motorists will be directed to use Birmingham Road, Route 926 (Street Road), and Creek Road as detours. Local access will be maintained.

Drivers should allow extra time when traveling in the area due to expected backups and delays. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
