WESTTOWN TWP, PA — Aqua Pennsylvania announced paving restoration will close Concord Road in Westtown Township, Chester County, beginning Monday, October 13.
From October 13 through Thursday, November 13, the road will be closed on weekdays between Westbourne Road and Oakbourne Road from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Traffic will be detoured via Oakbourne Road, U.S. 202, Route 926 (Street Road), and Concord Road. Local access will be maintained.
