WESTTOWN TWP, PA — Aqua Pennsylvania announced that paving restoration will begin Monday, October 20, on Concord Road in Westtown Township, Chester County.
From Monday, October 20, through Monday, November 10, Concord Road will be closed weekdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM between Westbourne Road and Oakbourne Road. Traffic will be detoured via Oakbourne Road, U.S. 202, Route 926 (Street Road), and Concord Road. Local access will be maintained.
Motorists should expect delays and allow extra travel time. All work is weather dependent.
