MALVERN, PA — Community leaders, employers, and advocates will gather this spring in Chester County to tackle an issue affecting workplaces across the region: achieving fair pay and expanding economic opportunity.

The upcoming “Equal Pay, Equal Future: Achieving Pay Equity in Chester County” breakfast will bring together voices from business, government, healthcare, and education for a morning of discussion, training, and collaboration focused on closing wage gaps and strengthening the regional workforce.

Presented by the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County and HireONE through the Chester County Economic Development Council, the event will explore how pay equity affects workforce growth and economic stability throughout the county.

Participants will hear from experts about practical strategies employers can use to advance pay fairness within their organizations. The breakfast will feature Dominique Revere, DSL, M.Ed., SHRM-CP, ACC, CPD, as special guest moderator, guiding the conversation on how organizations can translate equity goals into actionable workplace practices.

Organizers say the event aims not only to raise awareness but also to equip employers with practical tools to address pay disparities and build more inclusive workplaces across Chester County.
