The incident, which reportedly took place on the night of October 20, 2024, involved defacement of a statue with a marker, featuring profane language.

According to police reports, the suspect was captured in still photos and a video clip, which have been released to aid in the identification process. The individual is described as a white male with a thin build and short hair. At the time of the incident, he was reportedly wearing a white sweatshirt, dark pants, and sneakers that were gray, blue, and white in color.
