EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Police Department announced it has opened a theft investigation.
According to Authorities, on September 9, 2023, the pictured suspect was witnessed allegedly removing merchandise without paying for it from the Kohl’s department located at 229 West Lincoln Highway in Exton.
