West Chester Police: Drug Bust and Cash Seizure in Lukoil Parking Lot

WEST CHESTER, PA — A 26-year-old resident of Coatesville, Pennsylvania has been arrested on drug charges in West Chester.

William Johnson has been charged with three counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance.

The criminal complaint alleges that on August 2, 2023, at approximately 6:00 PM, officers conducted a vehicle investigation on the 400 block of Hannum Ave, in the Lukoil parking lot. During the course of the investigation, officers came into contact with the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, identified as 26-year-old William Johnson of Coatesville. It was discovered that Johnson was in possession of illegal narcotics (cocaine and prescription pills), drug paraphernalia, and a large amount of US currency. Johnson was arrested without incident and transported to Chester County Prison for arraignment.

A preliminary hearing is pending with Chester Couty Magisterial District Court 15-1-01.
