West Chester Police Apprehend Two Suspects in Giant Theft

WEST CHESTER, PA — The West Chester Police Department announced the arrest of two suspects on theft charges.

According to the criminal complaint. on March 23, 2023, at approximately 4:15 pm, the West Chester Police Department was dispatched to the Giant located at 698 Downingtown Pike for a report of a retail theft. Through investigation, it was determined that 20-year-old Kennedy Fields of Wyncote, PA, and 22-year-old Terrance Booker of Philadelphia stole items totaling over $300.

Both were taken into custody without incident and then released after processing. A hearing is pending.
