Thornbury Township Residents Alerted Following Allegations of Attempted Burglary

THORNBURY TOWNSHIP, PA — Residents of Thornbury Township are urged to remain vigilant following allegations of an attempted burglary in the area. The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department responded to a call from the 1200 block of Buck Lane on the morning of December 28, 2023, where a resident reported an alleged break-in attempt.

The resident’s surveillance system recorded images of an individual allegedly trying to gain entry through the rear door of the property. Police arrived on the scene within minutes and conducted a thorough search of the area, given the likelihood that the suspect might still be nearby and possibly on foot.

Thornbury Township residents are being asked to review any footage from surveillance cameras around their properties and to report any suspicious activity or information relating to this alleged crime. The police department has released the surveillance image of the suspect to aid in identification.
