Tense Domestic Dispute Ends in Charges: Alleged Threats and Harassment

KENNETT SQUARE, PA — The Kennett Square announced the arrest of 34-year-old Yonic Camacho-Lopez following an investigation.

The criminal complaint alleges that on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at 6:46 PM, Officers were dispatched for a domestic disturbance between brothers in the 700 Block of Lafayette Street, Kennett Square Borough. Officers spoke with both parties involved in the disagreement. While speaking to the victim, he advised Officers his brother, identified as Yonic Camacho-Lopez, had threatened to kill him in front of his family and would like to file charges. The victim and his family left the residence to prevent further issues.

On August 1, 2023. at 1:53 PM, Officers were able to interview three subjects who were involved in the domestic disturbance on July 29, 2023. Based on witness statements, a warrant was completed and served at approximately 10:25 PM on August 1, 2023. Yonic Camacho-Lopez was transported to Central Booking at Chester County Prison without incident. Charges of Terrorist Threats and Harassment were filed at District Court 15-3-04.
