PARKESBURG, PA — The quiet borough of Parkesburg, Pennsylvania, was the scene of an arrest on Tuesday, January 9, 2024. Catherine Eliz Cronauer, 19, is facing charges of criminal mischief and related offenses, according to the Parkesburg Borough Police Department.
