EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in locating Monica Velcu, 36 years old, who is wanted on theft charges.
Detectives say that an arrest warrant was issued for Velcu on May 16, 2023. This comes after being charged with Retail Theft and Conspiracy, relating to an incident that occurred at the Giant located at 141 E. Swedesford Road in Exton.
