State Police Investigating Fraudulent Use of Credit Card

OXFORD, PA — The Pennsylvania State Police announced that they are investigating the fraudulent use of a credit card.

Authorities state that on August 17, 2022, Troopers from the Avondale Station responded to Spotts Way in Lower Oxford Township, Chester County. The victim, a 35-year-old male, reported that the unknown perpetrator used his credit card to make purchases at a Mcdonald’s, Sheetz, and Chipote in the area of Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania. The total loss is $200.
