SPRING CITY, PA — Cheri Isackman, age 49, was arrested on Sunday, April 14th, 2024, following allegations of identity theft among other charges, according to the Spring City Police Department.

The arrest comes after an arrest warrant was issued for Isackman on January 11, 2024. The charges laid against her include identity theft, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, receiving stolen property, criminal trespass, and violation of the Drug/Cosmetic Act for possession of a controlled substance.

Isackman’s arrest is a culmination of investigations that led to the formal issuing of charges earlier this year. While the specifics of the incidents leading to these charges have not been disclosed, the variety of allegations suggests a complex case that will require thorough examination in the legal system.

It is important to underline that an arrest, a criminal complaint, or the filing of charges against an individual does not equate to a declaration of guilt. Cheri Isackman, like all individuals charged with a crime, is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
