Spring City Police Continue Search for Suspect in Credit Card Fraud Case

SPRING CITY, PA — The Spring City Police Department continues to search for 39-year-old Kyle Milligan, a suspect in a case involving unauthorized credit card purchases.

Milligan, a resident of Alburtis, PA, is described as a white male, standing 6’2″ tall and weighing approximately 230 lbs. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.

The investigation began on June 19th, 2020, when a Spring City Borough resident reported several unauthorized charges on their credit cards. Through their investigation, officers identified Milligan as the suspect who allegedly used the credit cards fraudulently at various retail locations.

An arrest warrant for Milligan was issued on May 21, 2021, with charges including theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and access device fraud.

Milligan is known to frequent the Pottstown and Philadelphia areas. The Spring City Police Department is urging anyone with information about Milligan’s whereabouts to contact them at 610-948-3456 or to submit a tip online.
