EMBREEVILLE, PA — Pennsylvania State Police at Embreeville reported multiple incidents across Chester County in recent days, including arrests, crash investigations and ongoing criminal probes, according to state police.
In Honey Brook Township, police reported that on February 11, 2026, a 17-year-old female from Elverson arrived at the station to report an alleged sex crime that police say occurred between June and July 2025. The investigation is ongoing, according to state police.
Also in Honey Brook Township, police said they received a ChildLine report February 10 regarding an alleged indecent assault that reportedly occurred years earlier. That investigation remains active, authorities said.
In East Nantmeal Township, troopers responded to an inactive domestic dispute, according to police. Authorities stated both parties allegedly made physical contact with each other and were cited for harassment.
In South Coventry Township, troopers responded to Owen J. Roberts School for a reported fight, police said. The incident remains under investigation. State police identified two male juveniles, ages 15 and 16, as victim/arrestees, along with a 55-year-old male officer listed as an officer victim.
State police also investigated a single-vehicle crash January 29 in Charlestown Township. According to police, an 18-year-old Phoenixville man was driving a 2016 Nissan Rogue west on Phoenixville Pike near White Horse Road when the vehicle allegedly struck a patch of ice, causing it to cross into the opposite lane and leave the roadway. Police said no injuries were reported.
In Honey Brook Borough, police responded to a motor vehicle crash and determined the operator was allegedly under the influence of alcohol, according to state police. A 32-year-old Coatesville man was taken into custody, and charges are pending at Magisterial District Court 15-3-06.
In Sadsbury Township, troopers responded February 8 to the area of Lincoln Highway and Octorara Road for a highly intoxicated individual in need of assistance. Police said a 47-year-old Coatesville man was transported for medical evaluation and later issued a non-traffic citation for public drunkenness.
Also in Sadsbury Township, police conducted a welfare check involving a 2000 Toyota Camry. According to state police, troopers determined the driver allegedly was operating without an ignition interlock system. Police said an inventory search allegedly led to the discovery of methamphetamine. Charges are pending at Magisterial District Court 15-3-06.
In Coatesville City, troopers attempted a traffic stop February 6 on East Lincoln Highway near North 5th Avenue. Police allege the operator fled on foot after stopping the vehicle. A 46-year-old Coatesville man was later taken into custody and remanded to Chester County Prison in lieu of arraignment. Charges were filed at Magisterial District Court 15-1-03, according to police.
In Honey Brook Township, troopers responded to a reported disturbance that police later determined to be a false reporting incident. The matter remains under investigation.
Finally, in West Bradford Township, troopers conducted a felony traffic stop on a 2020 Nissan Sentra in connection with an alleged Philadelphia Police Department warrant. Police said the operator, a 24-year-old Coatesville woman, was found to be wanted for firearms-related offenses and allegedly exhibited indicators of drug impairment. She was detained and transferred to Philadelphia authorities, according to state police.
The incidents remain under investigation unless otherwise noted.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
