Police Searching for Suspect in Post Office Burglary

WEST CHESTER, PA — The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police are on the hunt for 20-year-old Jordy (JO) De La Cruz Fernandez from Bronx NY (formally of Reading, PA), who is suspected to be responsible for a 2022 post office burglary in Thornbury Township.

The criminal complaint alleges that on Monday, December 5, 2022, at 06:50 AM, where staff members discovered scattered mail and missing packages from the PO boxes. Investigators have zeroed in on De La Cruz Fernandez, who is believed to have ransacked employee desks.

The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police have yet to apprehend him and continue their search. Residents of the area are being advised to stay vigilant and report any information related to the case to the authorities immediately.
