According to authorities, Alvarado-Thomas is alleged to have been in possession of a loaded handgun and to have discharged the firearm from a roadway.

The incident, which took place in the 100 block of East Highland Road in Coatesville, PA, has led to serious charges against Alvarado-Thomas, who, by law, is prohibited from owning or possessing a firearm. It is further alleged that he does not possess a valid permit to carry a firearm.

The Parkesburg Borough Police Department, in seeking to apprehend Alvarado-Thomas, is appealing to the public for any information regarding his whereabouts.
