EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Township Police Department announced they have opened an investigation into a retail theft.
Investigators say that on August 3, 2023, at approximately 2:50 pm, two suspects allegedly stole merchandise from the Kohl’s Department Store located at 229 W. Lincoln Highway in Exton.
